In studying the makeup of digital literacy and a best method to deliver one’s PLE and provide up to date information either through teaching or learning it would prove useful to use the six keys to digital presence known as 6 Keys to Positive Online Presence and Reputation.
These would include first claiming ones identity for focus for subject and for reputation which would lead into Actively contributing to the online communication throughout the process. New blogging for a website created would be necessary which always monitoring the web for unwanted of irrelevant information and always actively removing the unwanted or irrelevant information as necessary.
Lastly, online reputation would be always remembering that: “the internet sees the good bad and the ugly” Zwilling (2013) so the need to monitor, edit, renew and process continually is a best practice.
